Bali Trail Running- BTR Ultra - Mt. Batur

This is my first event for Mountainbeering and I am excited to do the 55km ultra. This is not my first time to the volcano though I did Mountainbeer here years again in my fashionable Crocs and with wine. If you are ever in Bali it is a must-see for a Mountainbeer and a sunrise.

Bali Trail Running (BTR) is a community of trail runners in Bali, driven by their love and passion for the sport. The community is known for organizing events in the beautiful and iconic destination of Bali. The BTR Challenge is a popular event that includes 15KM and 30KM categories, and this year, the community is excited to offer four categories for runners to choose from: 7KM, 15KM, 30KM, and 55KM.

The BTR Challenge is a well-organized event that attracts both local and international runners. The community's love and passion for trail running are evident in the way they organize the event, from the well-marked trails to the enthusiastic volunteers who cheer runners on throughout the race. One of the unique features of the BTR Challenge is the Ultra distance event, which was successfully held in November 2022 with limited participants. The trial event provided an opportunity for runners to challenge themselves and push their limits. The community plans to continue organizing the Ultra distance event in the future, providing an opportunity for runners to take on a new challenge.
