Teagle The Terrific, aka Teagan the Vegan, aka Teags, was born Teagan Kane in a small town in Pennsylvania. Teagan is a longtime endurance runner with a passion for the outdoors and education.

He has been living overseas and teaching English, SCUBA, and Freediving for over 14 years. Most of this time has been spent in Asia, where he met Patty O'Malley back in 2011 while they were both in South Korea. After quickly realizing that the two shared an affinity for outdoor adventure, education, getting weird, and spreading good vibes all over the globe, Patty quickly got Teagan into Mountainbeering...and Teagan has been Mountainbeering all over the World ever since.

This connection made him a perfect fit to be our first sponsored athlete as he will be running a marathon, a few Ultras, and any other races around him in Asia this year. Next year he will be off to take on the Appalachian Trail while spreading the Mountainbeering word along the way.

As our first sponsored athlete, he will not only be sharing his race experiences but also promoting environmental education, like-minded events/projects, training and nutrition tips, as well as updates from breweries (along with other tasty beverage companies) along the way!
